Modernisation , Glasgow , Jordanhill

This semi detached house in the Jordanhill area of Glasgow was completely refurbished. We rewired , replaced bathrooms and kitchen, fitted new fires and re-decorated to the clients colours scheme. The conservatory to the rear was made from hardwood components manufactured by Blairs of Greenock. Underfloor heating was also installed as part of the project. The rear gardens were designed and planted to give a tropical feel to the project.

Modernisation , Glasgow , West End

This first floor Victorian flat off Highbrough Road in the West End of Glasgow was completely refurbished. We rewired , replaced bathrooms and kitchen, fitted new fires, created new door openings to en-suite bathroom, sanded the floors and re-decorated to the clients colours scheme.

Modernisation , Cairndown, Loch Fyne, Argyll

This detached cottage which stands on the banks of Loch Fyne was completely refurbished over five phases of extensive work. We carried out dry and wet rot treatments, damp proofed the basement, installed lad drains,  rewired , replaced bathrooms and kitchen, fitted new fires and re-decorated to the clients colours scheme. The final phase was the re-landscaping of the hillside organic vegetable garden.

Modernisation and Extension Uddingston, Glasgow

This detached Victorian house was completely modernised internally with rewiring, heating and the formation of a new kitchen, utility room main bathroom and two en-suite bathrooms. An extension was added off the kitchen area to create a new dining area and family room. A large garage was also constructed in the grounds. We created a new entrance and driveway to the property off the main road as the former entrance was off a back lane. Two large gate posts were added and designed to take a set of automatic gates in the future.
