Driveway and New Garage, Lanark
We had completely modernised the house internally for this client when they first bought the house. They contacted us recently to carry out this external project. In this second phase of the works we removed an asbestos cement garage (which required specialist disposal) and created a large new timber framed garage with an internal stair leading to a first floor home office/playroom for the client. The driveway and rear garden were completely re-landscaped with tegula drive setts and sandstone paving whilst retaining some of the mature trees and shrubs. The entrance was widened, new gates fitted and a new stone gate post formed to support the gates.
Driveway and Garden, Strathbungo, Glasgow
The driveway and rear garden were completely re-landscaped. The scope of works included the re-building of new steps to the rear door and re-building the garden wall in reclaimed brick as the old wall was collapsing and the bricks were crumbling. We set up sample boards of several paving materials to assist the client in choosing materials and the design of the footpath.
