Kitchen and Internal open plan conversion , Lenzie

This project involved a complete internal modernisation of the kitchen and utility areas of this substantial Victorian detached home.  Our engineers designed a structural opening in the centre of the roof to introduce more daylight and ventilation into the centre of the large living, dining and kitchen area.  The existing floor was removed and new under floor heating system installed as part of the works.

Kitchen and Underfloor heating, Bishopton, Renfrewshire

This project involved the removal of stone and concrete floors to install a new under floor heating system prior to the installation of a new kitchen by Plain English Kitchens.  We project managed the works including the kitchen installation from start to finish.

Kitchen and Garden  entrance door Houston, Renfrewshire

This project involved the removal of stone and concrete floors to install a stone flag floor prior to the installation of a new kitchen by Plain English Kitchens.  We project managed the works including the kitchen installation from start to finish.  We also formed a new entrance doorway and stone steps from the kitchen level to the garden. The stonework was altered to comply with the listed building warrant.

Bathroom , Albert Drive, Polloksheilds, Glasgow

This was the second bathroom to be modernised in this Victorian villa . The room was completely stripped out back to the structural timbers so that underfloor heating and effective insulation could be installed.
