The project involved forming a new stairwell into the attic supported on structural steel. Two new bedrooms and a bathroom were created from the existing attic space.  Additional light was introduced by installing velux windows and a sun pipe.

The project involved forming a new stairwell into the attic. The entire attic floor  is supported on new structural steel which had to be installed through the roof as it was too large to fit through the entrance . Two new bedrooms and a bathroom were created from the existing attic space.  Additional light was introduced by installing velux windows and a dormer window.
