UNDOUBTEDLY, our strength lies in team work - that’s characterised by skills, workmanship and an eye for detail from our well-mannered, professional field crews.

The Managing Director, Liam McKeating, is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors;
A valuable team spirit exists as our joiners and plasterers are all employed directly by the company. Some have been with the company for over fifteen years - and now their sons have joined the team.

Our tradesmen are all fully qualified in their trades and, in the case of our younger members, they go through a Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) apprenticeship.  Two of our apprentices have made headlines with David Beaton being awarded runner up plasterer in the James Birnie 2007 awards and joiner Christopher Campbell making it into the top finalists which we consider a great achievement by both of them, considering the competition attracted over 4000 entrants from Scotland’s leading construction firms.  As members of the CITB all of our staff have a CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) registration card showing all individual qualifications, including those for Health and Safety.

We are Construction Licensing Executive (CLE) accredited and members of Scottish Building, the Federation set up over 100 years ago to promote the Scottish building industry. We regularly attend its health and safety awareness programmes.

It’s a strong team determined to build a client’s vision.
